Who we are

This website is run by Krafted Revenue, a consulting, coaching and speaking practice led by Kaleb Jessee in Overland Park, Kansas, USA. "We," "us," and "I" in this policy mean Krafted Revenue.

What we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form or email us, we receive what you enter:

• Let's talk form: name, email, company, role, website, revenue range, and your answers about what's happening and what would make the conversation valuable.
• Coaching and speaking inquiry: what you're interested in, name, email, company, role, event date, audience size, and your message.
• Revenue Engine Scorecard: name, email, company, and your scorecard answers and results.
• Constraint Field Guide: name and email.

What stays on your device. The Forecast Reality Check and Cost of a Slow Ramp calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us. Your scorecard answers also stay in your browser unless you request the full report.

Technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting server automatically records basic information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it for security and troubleshooting. When you submit a form, we use your IP address briefly to block spam, and the Let's talk form includes it in the notification email for the same reason.

Cookies and third parties

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If you unlock your scorecard report, your browser saves one small note (called "kr-lead") so you aren't asked for your email again. It stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

A few parts of the site involve other companies:

• Google Fonts supplies the site's typeface. Your browser requests the font from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Calendar appointment booking handles the "book a time" links. If you book, Google processes your booking details under its own policy.
• LinkedIn links open LinkedIn, which has its own policy.

If we ever add analytics or other tools, we'll update this page first.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message or inquiry.
• To send what you asked for, like your scorecard results or the field guide, along with a confirmation email.
• To follow up, occasionally, with something relevant to what you asked about. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. We don't make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help run this site and our email, such as our web host and email provider, and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to the successor if Krafted Revenue is ever sold or merged. That's the whole list.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and form submissions for as long as they're useful for a working relationship, and generally no more than three years after our last contact with you. After that, we delete them. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you emails. You can also just reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us.

Email kaleb@kraftedrevenue.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We honor these requests no matter where you live. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in a private location that is blocked from public access, and only Krafted Revenue can see them. No method of storing or sending information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Children

This site is for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States, and information you send us is processed and stored there.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
